Public Offer Agreement

Effective Date: August 28, 2026

This document constitutes a public offer (the "Offer") by TrueMasters KZ (the "Contractor") to provide digital business system services to any individual or entity (the "Client") who accepts these terms.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Contractor agrees to design, develop, and deploy the "Personal Brand Business System™" (PBBS) for the Client. This includes strategy, positioning, custom website design, development, and conversion architecture as defined during the project strategy phase.

2. Acceptance of the Offer

By submitting the application form on the PBBS website and checking the agreement box, the Client expresses their intent to enter into a contract. The final contract is legally formed and becomes effective when the Contractor accepts the Client's application and the Client pays the first invoice/deposit.

3. Pricing and Payment

The baseline investment for the PBBS starts from $2000. The exact final price is determined and fixed in the project invoice after the initial strategy call, based on the specific scope and requirements of the Client's business.

4. Process and Scope

• Timeline: The target delivery time is 14 days from the strategy kickoff, assuming the Client provides required materials and feedback on time.
• Revisions: The project includes one structured revision round. Additional revisions or scope changes may be billed separately.
• Client Obligations: The Client must provide necessary access, content, and approvals promptly to avoid delays.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the custom website design, code, and specific business assets created for them. TrueMasters KZ retains the right to display the final work in its portfolio and use the Client's brand name for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TrueMasters KZ builds systems designed to improve conversion and authority. However, we do not guarantee specific financial results, revenue, or lead volumes, as these depend on the Client's existing audience, market, and external factors.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, in the competent courts of Kazakhstan.
